Schedule Start Date of March 17, 2003

CGI Group (formerly American Management Systems) was selected as the winning proposal for the ORCA RFP 2002-0600-3464 on October 15, 2002. Contract negotiations, federal approval and the final state approval of the contractual arrangement occurred from November 2002 through February of 2003. The final approval and signing of the contract occurred the week of March 10, 2003. Implementation and on-going maintenance has occurred as outlined in the following table of ORCA project milestones:
