Online Resources for the Children of Alaska
Online Resources for the Children of Alaska (ORCA) will be a fully integrated,
comprehensive, automated case management child welfare information system.
It will provide greater access to reliable information in the least amount
of time. The underlying conviction of ORCA is it will be developed to support
better services to families and children and the community.
